Common Problems in the Air Circuit Installation of Auto-spray Gun and the Influence of Air Pressure on Its Performance

Usually, there are different problems when installing auto spray gun on automatic equipment. Many people can't find the reason and don't know how to solve it. In order to make it easier for everyone to find and solve problems, we have summarized some experience in the installation of automatic spray gun.


I. Installation problem of gas circuit of automatic spray gun


1. The auto spray gun sometimes outlets oil and sometimes does not outlet oil

This problem is mainly due to insufficient air pressure and wrong pipeline selection. It is better to increase the size of the air pipe or the pressure of the air inlet of the spray gun switch. It is better to use the pressure regulating valve to regulate.


2. Large atomized particles of auto spray gun

If the atomization pressure is not enough, choose a large diameter gas pipe or increase the pressure of the air pressure.


3. Only one auto high quality spray gun can be opened or only one or several of them can be opened when multiple spray guns operate at the same time, which can not work normally.


If the capacity of the air compressor is not enough, or the capacity of the air compressor is not enough, increase the power of the air compressor or use an air tank with a large volume. It is also possible that the size of the main air pipe is not enough, so appropriately increase the size of the main air pipe.


In fact, most of the problems are caused by the inadequate layout or size of the pipeline. Generally, after selecting the right automatic spray gun, you should select the right gas pipe according to its rated air consumption.


II. Influence of air pressure on spraying performance and effect of auto spray gun


Pneumatic tools need compressed air, so gas is a very important "energy and power" for pneumatic tools. The same is true for pneumatic painting tools, which need to be driven by compressed air to complete the painting plan perfectly.


Therefore, ensuring the stability of compressed air pressure is an important condition to ensure the normal spraying of automotive primer spray gun. What performance of automatic spray gun will be affected by air pressure?


1. Insufficient atomization pressure: resulting in incomplete and uneven atomization and poor effect.


2. Insufficient CLY air pressure: the spray gun cannot be opened, the oil cannot be discharged, and the spraying work cannot be completed.


3. Insufficient compressed air: multiple spray guns and auto spray guns can not work at the same time, which affects the work efficiency.


Air pressure plays a great role in the automatic spray gun. Without the guarantee of air pressure, the automatic spray gun will not work normally. Therefore, what we need to ensure most is the stability and sufficient amount of air pressure, otherwise the subsequent spraying effect will not be guaranteed.
