Selection of the atomization method
When choosing the atomization method, the following factors should be taken into consideration.
(1) Type of coating
The type of paint used determines the atomization pattern and the atomization method to be adopted. Some paints are more suitable for external mixing type, and some are more suitable for internal mixing type.
(2) Atomization of air consumption
The selected air nozzle air consumption should be lower than the air supply of air compressors, only so as to ensure that the Rongpeng gun evidence of atomization can get a full supply of compressed air, otherwise the air supply is not met. Each manufacturer of spraying equipment generally produces a variety of special paint nozzles and includes information on the special air caps that can be used with them.
(4) Atomization air pressure refers to the air pressure used in the atomization gun, atomization gas Rongpeng pneumatic pressure increase, the amount of air consumption required will also increase. Generally in the information provided by the pneumatic tool manufacturer will indicate the atomization pressure in 207kpa, 345kpa and 483kpa when the air consumption. Since the higher the atomization air pressure, the higher the air consumption and the larger the amount of atomized paint, the air consumption of the air cap should match the powerful air production of the air compressor. For the air cap with small amount of air (air consumption), a small air compressor can be used, for the nozzle with multiple spray holes and large air consumption, a high power air compressor should be used.
