Selection of the atomization method

When choosing the atomization method, the following factors should be taken into consideration.

(1) Type of coating

The type of paint used determines the atomization pattern and the atomization method to be adopted. Some paints are more suitable for external mixing type, and some are more suitable for internal mixing type.

(2) Atomization of air consumption

For the air cap with small amount of air (air consumption), a small air compressor can be used, for the nozzle with multiple spray holes and large air consumption, a high power air compressor should be used.
